Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your ONTIME account, visit your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
